EVERY INVESTOR IS DIFFERENT

Every person is different. Thus in investing money, one investor decides and behaves differently from another, as a result of his own special characteristics, such as his financial situation, his investment experience and knowledge, risk tolerance, the investment horizon, the goal of the investment and many more elements, which all together determine the investment profile and consequently the appropriate investment products for him. All of this ultimately composes an investment portfolio that is properly structured for him, the Tailor Made Portfolio.

1st STEP

QUESTIONNAIRE

Completing the investment questionnaire is the first step and basic tool for researching information, in order to identify the special characteristics of the investor. The collection of appropriate information is aimed at our better understanding and determination of his investment profile.

2nd STEP

LIMITATIONS & SPECIAL TERMS

Each investor can set specific guidelines for managing his investments, limits and restrictions. Restrictions regarding e.g. the investment in specific categories of financial, such as shares or bonds, and limits on their use, elements which are supplemented in a special section in the portfolio management contract.

3rd STEP

LIST OF SUITABLE PRODUCTS

After collecting the information and the special terms and restrictions, the investor's investment profile is determined and the suitability process is applied. The list of suitable investment products for the specific investor is created. The list of financial instruments whose characteristics correspond to the characteristics of the investor. From this list, the titles that will structure the portfolio are selected

4th STEP

PORTFOLIO DISTRIBUTION

The design of how the titles will be distributed and in which categories, e.g. bonds, stocks, mutual funds, cash and more, is called portfolio distribution. Essentially it’s the basic action on which we will place the products that we will choose from the investor's suitability list.

5th STEP

STRUCTURING A PORTFOLIO

Once the list of suitable investor products has been created, the specific terms and restrictions have been defined, and the portfolio distribution has been planned, the securities that will structure the portfolio are selected and will be gradually placed, depending on market developments. The result is the creation of a Tailor Made Portfolio, "cut and sewn" for the specific investor.
