SUITABILITY

Not all investment products are suitable for everyone. Each investor, based on his characteristics, corresponds to different investment products which are suitable for him and his investment profile.

The process of matching the appropriate investment products with each investor is called SUITABILITY and is an institutional obligation of the companies that provide investment services under the European legislation MiFID II.

BONDS

GOVERNMENT AND CORPORATE BONDS

 

HellasFin specializes in providing investment advisory and portfolio management services related to government and corporate bonds, both in the domestic and global markets. Government and corporate bonds are the main financial products of the specialization of HellasFin investment strategy and participate in a significant percentage in the total managed funds.

The investment committee examines a wide range of government and corporate bonds, based on a variety of criteria, from which advisors and managers select the appropriate ones to build investors' portfolios. The criteria aim to ensure that the choice of bonds is not discriminatory and that the interests of investors are served within the investment service.

Bond portfolios are intended to generate income on behalf of investors

HellasFin's long-standing presence in the industry from 2000 until today, and the technical training of the executives, are the competitive advantages of HellasFin in the examination and selection of shares on behalf of investors. The shares of Greek and foreign companies are basic financial products specialized in the investment strategy of HellasFin and participate in a significant percentage in the total capital under management.

The investment committee examines a wide range of stocks, based on a variety of criteria, from which advisors and managers select the appropriate ones to build investors' portfolios. The criteria aim to ensure that the selection of shares is not discriminatory and that the interests of investors are served within the investment service.

Equity portfolios are aimed at capital growth on behalf of investors.

The mutual funds are another investment product in the range of selected HellasFin financial instruments. The investment committee examines mutual funds from the largest companies abroad, based on a variety of criteria, and the advisors and managers select the appropriate ones for the construction of the investors' portfolios. The criteria aim to ensure that the choice of products is not discriminatory and that the interests of investors are served within the investment service.

Mutual fund portfolios are intended to generate income, capital growth or a combination thereof.

    EXCHANGE-TRADED FUND

    ETFs (Exchange-Traded Funds) are another investment product in HellasFin's range of selected financial instruments. They belong to the category of mutual funds with main differences which concern the trading, the lowest acquisition cost etc.

    The investment committee examines ETFs from the largest companies abroad, based on a variety of criteria, and advisors and managers select the right ones to build investors' portfolios. The criteria aim to ensure that the choice of products is not discriminatory and that the interests of investors are served within the investment service.
